In-House Employment

  Our in-house employment program offers individuals employment at MRC's Bank Street location in      assembly, packaging and mail work for our Mail Service Department and Production Service. 

  Our certified, experienced staff can train diverse populations which include those with brain injury,
  autism, developmentally disabilities, personality disorders, mental illness, dementia, cerebral palsy,
  stroke, and vision or hearing impairment.

  Individuals are paid by piece rate or hourly rate.

  We provide on-the-job teaching and supervision of work skills/habits such as asking for assistance,
  initiating own routine, maintenance of steady work rate, importance of being punctual and reliable,
  changing routine, following instruction, and appropriate social skills for the workplace.

  We provide accommodation as needed such as adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.

  The workshop can also help individuals who need assistance to re-enter the work world by enhancing the quality of work, rate of work, and following instructions.
