Crews are groups of qualified individuals who work at your company with a permanently assigned, on-site job coach. The job coach supervises the crew's work to make sure your standards of quality are met. MRC crews are hired to do many jobs, including:

Individuals
Individual placement is also available from McKercher Employment Services. On-site training and ongoing supervision is carried out by an assigned job coach to assure your satisfaction with job performance. Individuals can be hired to do a variety of jobs, including:
